WHAT CURRICULUM DO YOU COVER?

We cover the Canadian curriculum and tailor our lessons to meet each student's individual needs. We create lessons with achievable expectations that challenge our students' thinking so they can experience growth in an environment where they feel safe and supported.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE TUTORING SESSIONS?

You can book as many sessions as you'd like in advance through Online Booking.

HOW DO I ACCESS TUTORING SESSIONS?

A Zoom link will be sent to your email by your tutor, creating a safe space only accessible by you and your tutor.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AND USE ZOOM?

Please click here to download and install the Zoom app prior to your session. Using a laptop or desktop is recommended.

AS A PARENT/GUARDIAN, DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT?

Our preference is that a parent/guardian is present for the first session to discuss learning goals and meet your Tutor. For follow up sessions, we recommend an adult be available in case help is required in setting up the session.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN?

WHAT ARE YOUR LATE, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

When you book your session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. If you need to cancel or rebook your sessions, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice. You can change your booking by going to "My Bookings" located at the top right hand corner of our site. If you require additional assistance please email your tutor and copy us at turtlepowertutoring@gmail.com.  

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no show. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged in full.

We recognize that there may be unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control; therefore your tutor may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking we recommend that you log in to the site and go to "My Bookings" located at the top right hand corner of our site. You can do so at any point up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. If you require additional assistance please email your tutor and copy us at turtlepowertutoring@gmail.com.
