Cancellation Policy

When you book your session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. If you need to cancel or rebook your sessions, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice. You can change your booking online by visiting the My Bookings page. If you need additional assistance please email your tutor and copy us at turtlepowertutoring@gmail.com. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no show. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged in full. We recognize that there may be unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control; therefore your tutor may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
