Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy When you book a session, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. You can make changes online through the My Bookings page. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will be charged in full. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional situations, your tutor may use their discretion regarding the above policies. If you need assistance, please email your tutor and copy us at turtlepowertutoring@gmail.com.
